All units exceed 800 sq. ft., are fully sprinklered W/ alarm. Work includes associated site work, footing & foundation, structural & non-structural framing; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm work; fire-resistive construction between units, at stair enclosures or rated corridor breezeways; accessible Type 'A' & 'B' units; interior cabinetry, wall, floor and ceiling finishes and fixtures.
