Thickening Building / WAS Phosphate Release Facility and Related Upgrades - To construct a new 13,410 square foot, two story, concrete and steel framed waste water thickening building with two attached 2,000 square foot, by 24 foot high concrete fermentation tanks, a 2,800 square foot open pit WAS phosphate release facility, a head works remodel, a RAS pump station, 4 aeration basin retrofits, 2 clarifiers, and a 310 square foot concrete wet well. This building will have two accessible restrooms on the first floor. This permit is also to refurbish two primary clarifiers, as well as, the associated site piping and electrical modifications required for the new thickening building. This permit also includes related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
