Scope of work: construct interior non-bearing walls to create a new classroom in the basement, demo portion of masonry wall, demo stairs (pour flush), installation of new accessible doors / hardware, minor electrical, new mechanical, and installation of new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
