Work to include: construction of interior nonbearing walls to create two fully accessible restrooms for men/women; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; install emergency lighting, exit signs, new fire extinguishers, new exterior doors in select locations per plans, and upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and all applicable codes. Racking permit being done under BLD13-01632 and reviewed under this ePlanReview case. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for (allowable area increase) with an approved Fire Alarm system.
