This project is for the replacement of 322S.F. existing trex decking on an above grade deck with 6 X 6 support posts and a triple 2 X 10 beam. There is also to be a new shade cover over the deck using heavy timber wood construction for the main structure and fire retardant treated wood of other noncombustible material for the "slats". the project is also to include the removal of an existing wood retaining wall ABOUT 40 L.F. and replacing it with a new fully engineered concrete retaining wall.
