The 5,400 square foot pre-engineered metal building with wood framed interior will be separated into 2 tenant spaces. Each TI is required to acquire individual certificates of occupancy. The framed area above the office shall be signed “NO STORAGE”. The ceiling for the office was not designed to support any storage loading. Each tenant space is (2,7010 sq ft, consisting of 563 sq ft office and 2,137 sq ft shop.) This is a VB building of non-separated use. This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
