(Bolen's Control House - Addition) MODIFICATION TO REMOVE TWO NONBEARING WALLS FROM THE EXISTING OFFICE AREA. Permit for the addition of 1,290 sq ft of office space to an existing to an existing 7,265 sq. ft. building with work to include wood framed exterior walls with steel siding and a manufatured wood truss roof with standing seam metal roofing. There will be a new opening cut in the existing building to connect the two areas. The office area in the existing area will be reduced from 1,642 sq. ft. to 838 sq. ft. with approximately 30 lineal feet of interior nonbearing wall being constructed.
