To construct a 15,535 square foot whole story office tenant space located on the 13th story of a high-rise building. There are 2 egress areas. One has a floor area of about 3,175 square feet and one has a floor area of about 12,360 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
