To remodel an existing 4,452 square foot office tenant space by adding an office, relocating reception area, convert break room to work room, convert conference room to break room. Work is to include: construction of a newly defined private office and erect a wall to isolate smaller break room area, installation of break room sink, relocate lights / ducts only, provide independent switching, and interior finishes. NOTE: this space was originally built out under BLD05-00568 for “Pinnacle Pension”. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
