To create a 3,557 square foot restaurant tenant space on the 2nd story of a new high-rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a grease hood and duct system (Type I) with an exhaust air scrubber, a solid-fuel-fired pizza oven and chimney with an exhaust air scrubber, a dishwasher hood and duct system (Type II), bar counters, tables, chairs, booths, firewood storage racks, wood paneling, wood flooring, tile flooring, a walk-in cooler, kitchen equipment, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, suspended wood slats at the ceiling level, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
