New 1 hour shaft per approved plans for dryer exhaust. New mechanical included new smoke fire dampers per approved plans, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems installation; suspended ceiling grid system, cabinetry / millwork & interior finishes. Interior finishes shall be per chapter 8 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS** Recieved revised plans for ADA compliance off private office.
