(YMCA - DAYCARE) Fire sprinklers used for building area increase, for fire area, and for occupancy. To construct a 6,433 square foot daycare tenant space within a new building. An early start was issued under permit BLD13-02519. The total approved child occupant load is 87 (the play area is an accessory use area). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 4 restrooms accessible to the disabled based on adult dimensions, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled based on child dimensions, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, wall furring and insulation at exterior walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board headers and soffits, and interior finishes. The kitchen is an employee work area where cooking operations will not create grease laden vapors. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
