Work to include: installation of suspended gypsum soffit adjacent to the elevators on the floors mentioned, replace less than 50% of lobby lighting with new greater efficiency fixtures, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
