The building shell was constructed under permit BLD13-00731. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a grease hood and duct, a dishwasher hood and duct, kitchen equipment, tables, stools, chairs, and interior finishes. To support roof top mechanical equipment, changes to the roof structure are required. Special Inspection is required for any field welding of roof trusses. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
