(HP Building 2 TI Core and shell) Permit for interior demolishing of a portion of the interior walls and finishes to make the space ready for leasing as per approved plans. The trade values given are for the demolition of the trades. Constructing a new nonbearing noncombustible partition wall to seperate the Hp space from the lease space modifying the existing ceiling grid as well as the existing lighting and mechanical fixtures. Interior finish shall be per Chapter 8, IBC. This permit does not give occupancy to the new leasing space. A separate TI shall be submitted for the C of O for this space. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
