(Vista Bar - Grading and Drainage) Permit to grub, clean , excavate, grade, import and compact site earth materials in preparation for future 945 sq. ft. addition to the Vista Bar. Scope of work for this permit includes installation of drainage swale and drainage retention features, underground power, new water line, landscape water backflow and lines, and relocate existing gas meter. All work is to be done according to the approved plans. No footings or construction is allowed under this permit. Any new parking lot work is NOT included in this permit. Ref DRH13-00262.
