Tenant improvement work was done under permit BLD13-01876. The racks and their installation are required to comply with RMI/ANSI MH 16.1-2008. Hilti Kwik TZ anchors are required for base plates as specified on the drawings. Periodic Special Inspection is required during anchor installation. The provisions of ICC Evaluation Report ESR-1917 are required to be followed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
