(CENTENNIAL HIGH - Indoor Practice Batting Facility) To construct a new 3,024 square foot indoor batting facility for baseball and softball near the Southwest corner of the school property. This building is constructed of pressure treated (3) ply 2X6 columns, steel wall panels, 2X6 horizontal wall girts flat to columns, double wood girder trusses at 8' o.c., and prefinished metal roofing. Work to include: Construct the pre-engineered pole frame building per plans; construct a stable, firm, and slip resistant accessible route; install interior means of egress and exterior exit discharge lighting; and related site improvements. All work per the approved plans, engineering, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. This building is not fire sprinkled. All construction shall be per the approved plans, Engineering, and attached comment list. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved prior to tenant occupying this building. This structure does not have fire sprinklers.
