Permit is for the construction of an in–ground pool at the rear of the home, the pool is to be constructed as per the approved plans, the attached engineering, appendix G of the 2009 IRC, and current local codes. JG A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
