(CPA GLOBAL) Permit for CPA Global tenant will occupy a portion of the 5th floor totaling 6,680 sq. ft. The remaining space created under this permit will be a vanilla finish and will require a permit for occupancy. The space created from the remaining square footage will be uner BLD13-03047. There will be some demo work as per approved plans. Scope of work to include, new noncombustible nonbearing interior walls to create non rated corridor, new entry and reception, break room, breakout space, 6 conference rooms, 3 customer service rooms, 3 offices and an existing server room. The building is equipped with quick response sprinkler heads. Ceiling grid, lighting and mechanical will remain and be repaired and relocated as shown on approved plans. Interior finish shall meet the requirement of chapter 8 IBC. The rolling doors shown on the plans will NOT be installed due to cost the are being repaced with swinging doors as per plans and documents. This building is sprinklered because it is a high rise. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**AJS**
