(NINE CELLARS INC.) Permit to splitting an existing building into two tenant spaces. This permit is for a wine distributor warehouse and office tenant within an existing building per approved plans. The warehouse/office occupancy is an established occupancy for this space. Scope of work for project includes work on both tenant spaces. Work to include, infill of masonry wall between tenant space per approved plans, new 3 hour doors exit door and rated wall infill per approved plans from 935 Phillippi out loading area, small walk in cooler, new bollards for egress path with new stairs and handrails. Exterior columns will have spray applied fire proofing applied with special inspection. 699 Phillippi will have non rated exit doors installed that lead out the loading area with egress path protected with bollards per approved plans. Exit lights and emergency egress lighting shall be installed per approved plans. The existing wall separating the 2 tenant spaces shall be rated as per approved plans as well as the existing construction rated as per approved plans. New accessible egress ramp will be installed per approved plans. See letter in fire from Building Official and Fire Marshal on request for area modification. Any racks over 8 feet in height shall be permitted separately. This building is NOT fire sprinklered.**ajs**
