Permit is for the construction of a new 20’x40’ in ground pool, prior to placement of concrete an inspection is required to verify equipotential bond of structural reinforcing steel, construction of pool to comply with approved plans, engineering and local codes, Electrical permit required, Subgrade inspection by a geotechnical engineer will be required prior to placement of concrete elements.
