(LAQUINTA INN RENOVATION – Overhang Addition / Lobby Remodel) The main scope of work within this permit is to add 256 square feet of overhangs to the existing structure and remodel the front lobby / breakfast area. Work is to include: installation of cross members to existing structure to support translucent coverings, remodel a bathroom in an existing sleeping room to make the room accessible, demolition of interior non-bearing walls, installation of new interior non-bearing walls, new plumbing, new electrical, new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
