(JITASA)(Suite 200)(Grove Park) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase and for non-rated corridors. Minor tenant improvement for the second floor suite of the Grove Park Building. Scope of work to include the addition of (1) wall to bisect an existing office creating (2) separate offices with a new door; relocate of a door at the Break Room and remove and infill an existing door; removal of several partition walls at offices to create open office area as shown on approved plans. See reference sheet for existing approved floor plan. BLD12-01916 for Easy Office is the same tenat space for this permit, the name has changed, same tenant, use and occupancy. Interior finish shall be per chapter 8, IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs
