Provide building address 4" minimum and contrasting color facing street. Remove the thumbturn lock on the main exit, keyed is ok with an indicator and sticker. Access controled egress doors to meet IFC 1008.1.9.8 (need sensor and request to exit buttons). Provide testing of the new duct smoke detectors.
