(BOGUS BREWING INC. - D.B.A.: BOISE BREWING) **5/20/14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: ADDITION OF MECHANICAL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT PER THE ENGINEER OF RECORDS EVALUATION OF THE EXISTING ROOFS STRUCTURAL CAPACITY TO SUPPORT THE NEW EQUIPMENT IN THE SPECIFIED LOCATIONS PER THE ENGINEERED PLANS. SRZ** - **3/12/14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: INSTALLATION OF AN APPROVED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND ALTERATIONS TO THE MEZZANINE. THE INSTALLATION OF THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL BE INSTALLED PER NFPA 13 AS REGULATED BY THE BOISE FIRE DEPARTMENT. SRZ** To remodel an existing 3,722 square foot building for use as a brewery. The Northwest wall is shared with the Boise Weekly and is an existing 2-hour rated fire wall. Interior demolition work completed under BLD13-02797. Work to include: infill a fire-rated door opening in the existing 2-hour Fire-rated wall; infill an existing interior concrete ramp per plans; remove and replace a portion of the existing concrete floor slab per plan location; install a new storefront window system and entry door; construct new interior walls to create a new walk-in cooler and utility room; construct a new mezzanine and stairs per plans; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; install new roof top mechanical equipment; plumbing, electrical, mechanical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. The maximum occupant load total for the Assembly areas is 90 persons. This maximum occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous place, near the main exit. **SRZ**
