A new accessible restroom, new exterior ramp access, New entry stairs and a new parking lot off the alley will be constructed. The structure consists of a 1,040 sq. ft. first story, a 980 sq. ft. second story and a 897 sq. ft. basement. All work per the approved plans and the attached engineering. This structure is only allowed uniformly distributed loads of 50 pounds per square foot concentated loads of 2000 pound are not allowed per the attached structural engineering.
