This project is in two phases, the first phase is extensive demolition of the existing structure including all interior finishes and wall coverings. All plaster is to be removed. Razing of the carport in its entirety, front bay window wall and roof structure. Demolition will include the removal of the basement walls and add structural support as needed for the extensive remodel of the basement including select floor work to add ceiling height and new plumbing to reflect the extensive remodel. There will be a new 1200s.f. 3-car garage, new entry stoop and addition of 1669s.f. of living space that includes extension of the front main level wall and a new upper level. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as maarked and the plan review notes. pep
