**(BIOMARK – Basement)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 15,000 sq ft existing storage basement. This space was previously occupied by all of the previous tenants as there storage space. Under Biomark’s original permit BLD11-01396 the basement was not shown to be occupied by them and an additional permit was submitted to renovate that area and make it a different tenant under BLD13-02192; however, that permit was never pulled and now Biomark will be claiming the basement as part of their tenant space. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy. **TLW**
