There are no changes to occupancy or use under this permit. Smoke and Heat vents installed as required for the original construction for commodity stored with in building (furniture). This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. john - call 30 mins prior Phone #: ###-####. Correct all life/safety items from life/safety inspection, provide lever hardware at warehouse exit, repair damaged grid ceiling. Also needs to provide evidence that apermit was pulled for the mezzanine that was constructed. Current building classification is type IIB construction. The constructed mezzanine does not meet this criteria. Also noted racking over 8ft. tall that has been installed as well.

Repair the fire alarm system/provide verification that the system is monitored, install all ceiling tile, remove dead bolt at office, remove exit sign by fire sprinkler riser, provide fire extinguisher with current tag on the mezzanine, provide/repair all exit signs/emergency lights (see approved plans), provide racking permit or contact scott arellano with removal timeline.
