(Florida Tile) Permit is to separate one existing tenant into 2 separate tenant spaces. This project is for Florida Tile BLD14-00305. Remaining space is vacant under BLD14-00496. No occupancy allowed in vacant tenant space until tenant improvement is submitted and a certificate of occupancy is issued. The scope of the permit includes the removal two offices, nonbearing wall, demising wall will be constructed under this permit as per plans. The suspended ceiling will be re-worked ceiling and the lighting upgraded. Any racks installed over 8 feet in height require a separate racking permit. Interior finish work shall meet the requirements of chapter 8 IBC. This building is sprinklered for area increase. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
