The space was previously occupied by Precision Countertops under BLD10-00431. An accessible drinking fountain and service sink will be installed as part of this project. The mechanical system has been evaluated for the addition of the assembly occupancy and will be verified at inspection. The door hardware on the existing doors has been noted on the plans. No construction is identified as part of this permit, plumbing and electrical only. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
