Permit is to build out for the first time a 696 square foot limited use private observation area under the spire. This project has a specific alternate to allow very limited use and occupancy of no more than 10 occupants (to be posted - Alternate attached). Work is to include: construction of exterior stairway, installation of new exit signs / emergency lighting, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
