(CRADLEPOINT) Plan modification to change floor plan to allow for more square footage of F1 occupancy and reduce the S1 occupancy equally. The new demising wall will be routed around the existing fire riser. A wall will be added and removed in the existing break room and 2 existing walls around the production room will be removed to open the space. The ceiling grid will be repaired in these areas. 5-5-14 ajs.This permit is to expand the current occupant into the adjoining tenant space. The site plan indicates the space being reduced in size is currently vacant. Prior to occupancy the tenant shall submit for a building permit for the new square footage and use of the tenant space. Scope of work to include opening in existing 1 hour rated wall, new 1 hour rated tenant demising wall, new exterior opening and roll up door. Plans indicate no racking over 8 feet will be installed. Existing building plan under BLD00-00439. Any racking over 8 feet in height requires a separate racking permit. This building was built under BLD00-00439. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
