(WINGS CENTER POOL) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To construct a new 1,159 square foot swimming pool to be used for swimming instruction classes. The pool will have a perimeter dimension of 151 lineal feet and a volume of 34,630 gallons. The pool room shell expansion will be constructed under permit BLD14-00719. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to establish a Certificate of Occupancy. Work is to include a reinforced concrete gunite swimming pool (pool walls and pool floor), a concrete stairway to serve the pool, a pool ladder, handrails, a pool lift for the disabled, and pool equipment. Only one accessible entry is required for the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Compliance with the 2012 ISPSC is allowed in lieu of the 2012 IBC where the requirements are different. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant.
