New ceiling, wall and floor finish shall meet the requirements of IBC chapter 8. The hallway is an existing nonrated hallway. The occupant load for Chandlers will not change as a result of the permit the over all building public occupant load is 149. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **ajs**
