New tenant space will have new nonbearing noncombustible walls to create class room, storage, evaluation room. This tenant square footage was reduced to address the isolated existing core restrooms. A new 3 foot non rated corridor was created to provide complete means of egress from this space. A janitor’s room was created and a Hi/Low drinking fountain was installed in the core area. Associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical included in scope of permit. New ceiling grid to be installed. All equipment shall be listed and labeled per the adopted Electrical Code with approval from the Electrical Inspection section. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
