The construction requires a permanant foundation. To place a new unheated 384s.f. detached accessory structure with R-1C reduced setbacks approved by Colleen Carroll. Due to the small scope of excavation an ESC permit is not required. The structure is proposed to have a permanent pier foundation with a sealed design by an Idaho licensed engineer. all per the approved engineered details, drawings and the plan review notes.
