(WASHINGTON FEDERAL - 1ST STORY) (9-10-14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO SHIFT AN EGRESS DOOR, ENLARGE THE TWO RESTROOMS, UPGRADE EXISTING SHAFTS TO COMPLY AS ENCLOSED 1-HR FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED SHAFTS, INSTALL A NEW DRIVE-UP WINDOW, DELETE 2 SMALL CONFERENCE ROOMS AND CONSTRUCT A 250 SQUARE FOOT CONFERENCE ROOM, AND INSTALL DUCT WORK IN ANTICIPATION OF A NEW HVAC SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED UNDER A FUTURE PERMIT.) Fire sprinkler system is used for story and building area increase. To remodel the 4,478 square foot bank tenant space located on the 5,617 square foot 1st story of an existing 4 story with basement building. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, drinking fountains accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, interior windows, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. New aluminum storefront will be installed at the edge of the 2nd story to create an atmospheric separation between the 1st story and the 2nd story. Exit signs and emergency lighting will be provided. Since there is or will be an A-3 Occupancy in the basement, doors located on the egress path from the basement are required to have panic hardware. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
