(FLORIDA TILE RACKING) Fire sprinklers used for building area increase. To install 16 foot tall steel storage racks (storage 20 foot tall maximum) within an existing 7,500 square foot warehouse located within an existing 10,410 square foot tenant space. This tenant space was created under permit BLD14-00305. Much of the interior tenant improvement work was done under permit BLD07-00535. The means of egress system is required to comply with the Building Code. The racks will be attached to the existing concrete floor using Powers Power-Stud+ SD1 1/2 inch anchors embedded 3.75 inches into the concrete floor. The racks and their installation are required to comply with RMI/ANSI MH 16.1-2008. Two (2) anchors per foot plate are required. Periodic Special Inspection is required during anchor installation. The provisions of ICC Evaluation Report ESR-2818 are required to be followed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
