Shell and core upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-00938. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a non-rated common corridor to connect exit stairways, suspended gypsum board ceilings, suspended acoustical ceilings, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including quick-response heads where not provided) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
