Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, millwork, mechanical, electrical and finishes that meet chapter 8 of the IBC. The required restrooms and drinking fountains for this space are provided with in the existing Zenergy tenant space and in the core restrooms. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
