To create a 2,215 square foot fitness center in the basement of the historic Owyhee Place building. Work is to include 2 toilet/shower/locker rooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, interior doors, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
