The existing restrooms were upgraded to be accessible to the disabled under a previous permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Quick-response sprinklers are required to be installed throughout the entire story.
