(SAINT LUKES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER – 3rd FLOOR - CENTRAL TOWER – Cath Lab Rm #3) The fire sprinkler system is used for high-rise and for occupancy. To remodel an existing 993 square foot room (direct access to corridor provided) on the South side of the 3rd floor. Work is to include: constructing new interior walls, interior mill work / cabinetry, penetration fire-stopping, new suspended ceiling system, new flooring, minor electrical, minor mechanical, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, construction of new unisrut system to support new equipment with zero deflection (engineering attached), and installing new finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
