This permit is for the 1929s.f. 2-story addition to an existing 1350s.f. 1-story single familydwelling. The construction will be mainly of permainent form construction per IRC R611. The addition will create a 3-level dwelling with a new basement lower level, the level of the existing dwelling and an upper level. There is to be a 674s.f. family room with a wet bar in the lowest level, the existing 1350s.f. main level with added floor area of 135s.f on the main level and an upper level of 1120s.f. that will be a new master suite and nook area.
