To construct a new 967 square foot one story building to be used as a mail building for the apartment occupants on this site. There will be a total of 288 mailboxes. Mailboxes for all ground floor units are required to be located within 15” and 48” above the floor. This building will not be heated or cooled. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, exterior windows, exterior “hardi-board” siding, exterior manufactured stone, composite shingle roof coverings, mail boxes, and finishes. Structural work includes concrete footings, concrete stem walls, concrete floor slabs on grade, wood stud bearing walls, roof trusses, wood columns, wood beams, and shear walls. Special inspection may be required for soils, concrete, and wood. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
