(INVOLTA DATA CENTER) Plan Modification 12-11-14 Customer rental office space that was shown on the original plans will now have a celing grid, carprt, lighting and power. **ajs**This submittal is for tenant improvement construction permit. Civil and Structural Footing/Foundation/Steel packages were previously submitted and approved under separate permits.

Project is for a new, single-story, 31,460 square foot data center and office tenant, with future 15,400 square foot Phase 2 (to be permitted separately at future date). This building will provide secure data storage for multiple customers. The facility will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Work to include interior noncombustible partition walls and interior build out with plumbing, mechanical and electrical per approved plans. Interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8. Building is provided with ADA restrooms and drinking fountain. This building has office space and server area with room designed for future expansion. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
