(CALVARY CHAPEL - YOUTH BUILDING) (DRH14-00136) This building does NOT have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel an existing building (5,348 square feet 1st story and 629 square feet enclosed storage mezzanine) for Calvary Chapel’s youth ministries function. This building is NOT approved as an E Occupancy school. Work is to include a new entrance canopy (concrete footings, concrete piers, steel columns, steel beams, steel roof deck), interior nonbearing walls, an interior folding partition (concrete footings, wood columns, wood beams), interior sliding partitions (wood columns, wood beams), new exterior windows (wood headers), new exterior doors with glass sidelights, an upgraded single user restroom accessible to the disabled, exterior concrete slabs, exterior siding, and interior finishes. Special inspection is required for concrete, for epoxy anchors, and for welding. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Per the Planning Division, the overall enrollment of the Calvary Chapel School is not allowed to increase. **CJW**
