Simplot Headquarters Office Building - (Shell and Core) - To complete the shell and core phase of a new approximate 306,345 square foot, nine story office building. PLAN MODIFICATION 5-27-15 – Modification submitted to add mechanical screening to top of future lab to accommodate mechanical needed. This modification also covers installation of a new shaft for future mechanical and structural to support lab / mechanical.**TLW** The building area includes the main nine story office building, the fourth and fifth level pedestrian bridge and the five story annex which includes a 3,585 sq. ft. greenhouse on the fifth level. This building will have four outside patios, a 1,220 sq. ft. patio on the sixth floor of the office building, two patios on the seventh floor of the office building, one is 1,415 sq. ft. and one is 2,200 sq. ft. and a 2,900 sq. ft. patio on the fourth floor of the annex. The core areas to be finished are the restrooms, elevator lobbies, stair enclosures, fire command center, entry lobbies, building mechanical and electrical rooms and exterior patio areas. There will be a portion of levels six and seven that will have irrigated vegetated roof areas. The greenhouse structure is a deferred item and has not been reviewed. All exterior walls are deferred and have not been reviewed. This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. This building is being constructed on an existing underground parking garage constructed under BLD12-01330. The superstructure for this building was reviewed and approved under BLD14-01525. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
